How we work:

1.) Once the client comes onboard he will be given a dedicated space on our portal.
2.) A temporary ticket will be generated for the client for provision of service.
3.) dvisory and compliance servicesThe provision of service will be done against the ticket. The client will have to upload the required documents on the space allotted to him
4.) He will be given a dedicated executive for the same for providing the service and resolving the queries.
5.) After understanding the requirements in detail, we start drafting the clauses of the partnership deed and share across the draft deed with the client for approval
6.) Once the clauses and content are approved we proceed further for online registration of the partnership deed with Registrar of firms.
7.) Registration is completed and the hard copy of the deed is courier to client.

The client intending to form a partnership registration should prima facie have following documents in place:
(i) PAN card of all partners
(ii) Aadhar card of all partners
(iii) Electricity of the registered office address of the partnership firm
(iv) Two photographs of each partner
(v) A brief note on business activity of the intended partnership firm.

The documents mentioned above shall be scanned by the client and shall be sent by the client to us through dedicated client portal allotted to them.

The minimum number of partners required to register a partnership firm is 2 and the minimum capital contribution for registering a partnership deed is Rs. 50,000

Your partnership registration will be applicable for following compliances
(i) Income Tax
(ii) Goods and Service Tax
(iii) Applicable labour laws (In case the employee count increases the minimum requirements as per the Act
(iv) Profession Tax

After all the documents are received and acknowledged 3-4 working days will required to complete the partnership registration procedure
